Microtest Laboratories, a leader in testing services and contract manufacturing for the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology industries, sought to build a nationally recognized brand to help increase demand for the company's services.
Working with Microtest, Tiziani Whitmyre (TW) developed a distinct new brand identity to increase brand awareness. TW then evaluated the client’s needs (content and sourcing) and developed a series of white papers, management briefs, technical papers, and videos. In addition, TW created a new website and optimized it for higher search engine rankings. During the first 12 months, web traffic grew fourfold, with 75 percent of the visitors referred from major search engines. As a result of TW’s work, more than 1,200 leads were generated and sales climbed roughly 20 percent. Additionally, TW was instrumental in expanding the availability of scientific content through social media channels including Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn.
